Lazy day lemon cream pie bars are creamy, quick, and perfect for casual desserts or gatherings. No stress, just layers of bright lemon and soft cream.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
2 cups lemon pie filling
Whipped cream, lemon slices, powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment.
2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into pan.
3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes and let cool.
4. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar.
5. Fold in whipped topping and spread over cooled crust.
6. Top with lemon pie filling and smooth it out.
7. Cover and chill for 4+ hours or overnight.
8. Slice, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Best served chilled.
Store up to 5 days refrigerated or freeze up to 2 months without garnish.
