Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 cup whipped topping

2 cups lemon pie filling

Whipped cream, lemon slices, powdered sugar (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment.

2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter; press into pan.

3. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes and let cool.

4. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar.
